1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer international shipping options to ensure your package arrives safely:

* Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
* Express / Priority Shipping: 7–15 business days ($10.00 USD)

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are subject to carrier schedules, weather conditions, and customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking information typically becomes active within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

caigame.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. caigame.com is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please inspect your delivery location, check with household members/neighbors, or contact us within 48 hours to assist with a carrier investigation.
